Is it justified to manhandle the accused in Court?

The prime accused in the Noida Serial Killings were beaten up till they fell unconscious in the Nithari Court. Is it justified..when even lawyers also joined the fist fest.

i think that is one brilliant thing people have done, those cannibals deserved it. cos i know our jdicial system is completely impotent so at least let the people punish those devils.
in any other case i probably would not have appreciated such action but in this case i am glad they did it.

But dont you think if such incidents get repeated in courts then there'll be permanent disorder in our judicial system? If people have the right to punish why on earth do we've jails,police and courts?
