Are you embarrassed to write

The only one that I allow to see what I have written on here would be my other half. I don't show him everything I do end up writing though as he respects my privacy. But I do know that if my parents we're over or if a sibling was trying to watch what I was doing.. I don't think I would be able to write very much or I would just stop writing in general.. I find it to be very rude if they are trying to be nosey.. And aren't willing to respect one's privacy. I know that there have been times where I have been online in the past looking up something.. Or writing an email to a friend & someone will come knocking on my door. And will try to see what I have written. When this happens I will end up saving what I had written & closing the browser down. I think there's nothing more disrespect then invading someone's privacy but also being so nosey to the point where you are glaring over someone's shoulder. I have had this happen before & I've confronted the person telling them to stop being so nosey. I am sorry to hear that people are laughing at you because of how you are expressing your true feelings on here. I'd tell them to mind there own business & to not be so rude by making fun of you. I don't even understand why they would be willing to do this if they are people whom you may be close to, or may know in general. The only thing I can tell one is to wait until you are alone or until certain people have left the room so you can write. I find it's easier to sometimes let the emotions flow out of you when you are alone in a room writing sometimes. But I do know how you feel as I have had people do the same in return to me. I know how it feels to have someone be nosey & try to glance over you at what you may be writing. The only people I would be allowing to do this is the people whom I trust. And my other half is the only one who know's that I write on here & he doesn't make fun of me, but instead supports me. Thank you for allowing me to share with you all of this. I know what it's like to go through situations such as this.. As I have gone through it quite a few times before as well! So you are not alone in all of this. All the best. xx

I do not get embarrasse at what I am writing. My husband will often look that the discussions that are posted and we laugh at most of them. Some are really foolish. Others are serious and we chat about the topic. He asks me what I will write in a response. I tell him or I will read something that I have written in response to a discussion.

I get cautious because i shouldn't really spend all my working days posting on mylot. I may get fired!!

i don't like people watching over me neither when im on mylot especially because when my boyfriend's friends are here, they are so nosey and they don't know much about me or my problems and they will know everything as i do post alot about me on mylot! :(

Yes, of course.I feel embarrased if someone watching over me when i write in mylot because some of the topic need me to answer the true about my experience or maybe my feeling...

I know what you mean. One time my brother saw one of my topics and laughed at me. He's never seen this website and thought what I was writing was funny. I only like sharing my discussions with people on my lot. It's like writing in a journal or diary on here.
