our neighbour are just next t o impossible, they keep on fighting for each and every thing, whether its water, food or simple any reason..pls help

If that neighbor just fight among themselves and doesn't include you, then mind your own business. If they bother you then ignore them too. Don't let their problems get inside your house. You are entitled to a peaceful home.
