as a catholic country like the philippines we really dont think that abortion is the key but what if it comes to a point where there is so much scarcity...do you think abortion should be legalized?

In a country like the Philippines, I don't think abortion will ever be legalized. But in some cases, doctors are doing it when the mother's life is in danger and no law is being violated.

Abortion is out of the question. Other countries are paying their citizens to produce babies. But I guess it is up to the conscience and morals of a person if he or she is against abortion.

Of course not, because according to bible the abortion is another way of killing, and it's told in ten commandments that killing is a sin. Therefore, there're still other plenty ways to solve it, such as some programs from the governments.
