and the wife must stay at home and look after the house. What's wrong with this? Why must the wife look for a career outside? is being a wife not a career in itself?

Women used to play the role of house wife for centuries. Just recently they got bright and began to think that women can do anything a man could, and that is why you see women joining the army, and women on contruction sites. There are somethings that are better kept in the hands of men.
