what is Mind?

i think mind is just a better term for brain like if i were saying to you "In my brain this day is cold" would'nt it sound better if i said "in my mind this day is cold". Of course i know nothing about this subject I just dont see the difference if any other than the the way you say it in a sentence.

This is still a heated debate in philosophy. I believe the mind is all of the abstract things that the brain is responsible for. You can touch the brain, so it is concrete. The abstract things I speak of include thoughts, feelings, sensations, our senses. More specifically, love is found in the mind. Hot is in the mind. The brain registers heat, but where is that FEELING? I believe that the answer is what we refer to as the mind.
