Essential oils is a medicine, it just like having a fresh air in your own home, and at the same time it's smells good.
Just try Bel'air Essential Oils.

E.O's are WONDERFUL IMO....I use various ones in various ways on a regular basis and have for a few yrs now...You have to be careful though when buying them and you need to be sure they are Essential Oils and NOT fragrance oils (big difference) also be very aware of the safety factors for example there are certain E.O's that shouldnt be applied directly to the skin such as cinnamon...and there are some that shouldnt be used if goin out in the sunlight for extended periods of time....there are others still that shouldnt be used by pregnant women and so on....
If you are just looking for ones that have relaxing properties I suggest peppermint and lavendar...the best method IMO of use would be defuising it in a defuiser or even in a small pot of water on the stove dependign on the size of you home and where you want the scent to be released....I have defuisers in my room and each of my kids rooms as well as we use a pot of water on the heater in the living room...or you could get lightbulb rings though I personally dont care for those..
