I love my country INDIA , I proud to say am a indian,
Because of our india is safe to live,we have the rights to raise our speech,
IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO KNOW INDIA without understanding its religious beliefs and practices, which have a large impact on the personal lives of most Indians and influence public life on a daily basis.
Indian religions have deep historical roots that are recollected by contemporary Indians. The ancient culture of South Asia, going back at least 4,500 years, has come down to India primarily in the form of religious texts. The artistic heritage, as well as intellectual and philosophical contributions, has always owed much to religious thought and symbolism.
Civilizations have arisen in other parts of the world. In ancient and modern times, wonderful ideas have been carried forward from one race to another...But mark you, my friends, it has been always with the blast of war trumpets and the march of embattled cohorts. Each idea had to be soaked in a deluge of blood..... Each word of power had to be followed by the groans of millions, by the wails of orphans, by the tears of widows. This, many other nations have taught; but India for thousands of years peacefully existed. Here activity prevailed when even Greece did not exist... Even earlier, when history has no record, and tradition dares not peer into the gloom of that intense past, even from until now, ideas after ideas have marched out from her, but every word has been spoken with a blessing behind it and peace before it. We, of all nations of the world, have never been a conquering race, and that blessing is on our head, and therefore we live....!"

Yes I am very proud to be British. We are a totally free country with a democracy and freedom of speech. No one here is punished for what we wear, say or think. We have so much history and culture - ancient buildings going back thousands of year, and a heritage that we can see around us all the time. Nowadays we have also become a very multi-cultural country, welcoming people from all over the world who add their own style to our everyday life. We also have our free health service, free education and a better standard ofliving than many places.

I love my INDIA more than anything in this world, because we have rich heritage and people leaving in INDIA are very helpful than most of other countries. No matter what the religion or cast is the people will surely help in each others need and that makes this country great.
In INDIA we are very free to express our thoughts and the number of festivals and occasions which take place in INDIA are too good.
My INDIA is developing day by day and hopefully we will be close to other countries in all other aspects that we are lacking.

I really don't know myself. The situation here in the Philippines is so-so. Politics is really a mess, poverty is abound and crime rates are going up. But as long as i can live peacefully here with my family, I'll learn to love it eventually. =)

I think that it is wonderful that you have pride in your country. I am an American & I love my country. I don't always agree with our govenment, but that is what is nice about it, I am allowed to disagree. What I don't like is people coming into America & attempting to change the laws to make it more like their home country. Our country was founded on Christian beliefs, but there are people who have come from other countries that say that our capital can't have a "Christmas" Tree. I guess that it is a sore spot with me. I would love to travel the world & see all types of people & culture. I think that everyone should have pride in their country, but if you move to a new country, you should do your best to embrace the new country & make it your home, not attempt to change the country to what you left.

I love the Philippines for the simple fact that I was born here. It's the first home I have ever know. It used to be a great country and people used to be really nice... but with the poverty and the economy really going down, everyone has seemed to change. I want out as soon as possible! But I would visit or retire here. Lots of nice places to see, but you gotta have the money.

Of course yes i love my country .I am an INDIAN and i am proud of bein a citizen of this country . because though we have so many religions and so many languages i even dont know exactly how many languages are spoken by our people but stil we are all united we all stand on one word when it comes for critical decisions. when we go to any part of the country or even to any part of the world we dont get the feeling that we are from a different state and our languages are different first we feel that we are indians and we are ready to help each other in times of difficulties , we all feel that we are all from the same family.
and on the other hand we respect our elders and women are treated with great respect in our country .
