What Kind of Inner Strength Do You Have?

If something/anything in life knocks you down do you get up stronger than before or does it make you weaker and afraid to try again and just give up?

I'm like the Timex commercial of long ago..."Takes a lickin' but keeps on tickin'". I used to let things get me down, but then I realized that the Lord only gives you what He feels you can deal with. I figure the reason my shoulders are so broad are so I can handle having MS, being a single mom and being unemployed (well, barely self employed) as well as a multitude of other little annoying things. They might slow me down but they don't have me beat!

This is a bit vague. I am very rarely knocked down by lifes troubles. I hunch my shoulders up, and just keep trudging onward until the skies clear and the next rays of sunshine fall on my path.

For a fighter, nothing could get him down. If a seemingly unsurmountable problem crops up, he won't give up easily, he tries his best to find the solution to it. If he can't, he may feel disappointed and hurt, but never will he be afraid to face another day. Here is a life's winner. The one who gives up and cowers to face another day after having had a very bad experience, is a loser. For as the saying goes, a winner never quits. Let us all be winners. Let life's trials make us stronger after each one.

I have lots of inner strength, and I have faced some adversities. It is exhilerating when you finally succeed. I also have "outer strenght" friends who support me, and listen to me, and lift me up with their prayers. I believe that is what helps me have my inner strength.

I usually find myself sulking for a day or two, it helps me relieve of the pain and depression and that clears my mind too, after that I stand up and let myself face life's struggle again.
