Starting a business brainstorm

I know everybody here wants to start a business, so lets have a brainstorm session. What ideas do some of you have as to what kind of business to start and why you think its a good idea. If you have started a business, what kind of business is it? And what advice can you give those that is looking to start their own.

i would like to start an eating joint with an entertainment area for the kids in my city. i feel it would be a viable business as there is no such place currently in the city and the spending capacity of people is increasing.
As for advice for those wanting to start their own business: though i have not started anything till now, i have done consultancy for few projects. And hence from my experience i can say that it's important to analyze the local market, study the existing players in the industry and do a feasibility study in terms of ROI.
