you can use many softwares that has a built in or ready to make GIF file... like Ulead GIF animator, Microsoft has too... just search for it my friend...

Adobe is far better than ulead animator.. i have user both but i find adobe is really good at this with loads of option available to have better gif..

you can gif animations with many softwars like easy gif animator, but to make good ones you need to have some knowledge of its working.

The most popular software to edit a picture is Adobe Photoshop. When you learn it and you become expert, you could do anything with pictures. You even could create your imagines with this software.

just search in softpedia.com for animation. you will get 100s of software. most of them are free to try. if you like a software which you want a full version for free. search for it in torrentspy.com. you need a torrent downloader like utorrent for downloading a torrent
