The best way to keep ourselves healthy is engaging in proper exercise.
One of the benefits it does is, it keeps our body in perfect shape. All the unwanted fats are eliminated. Not only that, the blood in our body circulates properly.
Does anyone agree that exercise really benefits us?

Yes definitely brisk walking and static cycling are very good forms of exercise. It is one way of getting rid of our unwanted fats in the body. It also helps in the good circulation of blood in our body.
Thanks for participating in my discussion. Stay healthy!

Definitely. I work out 4 days a week and have done so for many many years. I have been up and down on the scale and have kept the weight off by working out at the gym with cardio and weight training. I love how my body looks and I feel better. It's great for our mental wellness as well!

I don' think that anyone will disagree with what you have said ..its a well known fact... I myself don't exercise ...but when I do go for an occasional walk ,I do feel better that night and all the next day ...
