Do you truly believe there is Life after Death? Please explain why.

Hi. I was raised with Christian roots and it is told to us that there is Life after Death. I know no one is positively sure of this but have you had any personal life experiences or knowledge of any such saying that there is life after death? What are your beliefs or regards on this matter? Im just wandering because I often think of it sometimes but it still leaves that big question mark and it would be exciting hear everyone elses views on what htye think and why they think it.

Im not sure. I have heard that there is a heaven and there is a hell. sometimes I feel like the life we live here on earth is hell and if we live right, when we die, the only place left to go is to heaven. I feel like, if we do not do right by the higher power now, we will be sent right back here in some form to relive it again. There is alot of ways to look at it and this is just one that I have come to think of on my end and from my thoughts and experiences.

Yes I do believe on that saying. Those people who dont believe on that are just want to escape on the truth that they will loose their soul for not obeying what Gods wants. Most people are afraid to believe on that for them to do whatever they want to do here.

Hi. I always try to do my best to think in the ways that the lord wants us to. that is how I was taught. I know we are not supposed to question a thing and we are supposed to just go with the hand that is dealt to us.
Im not afraid to believe. Im just looking for other peoples thought and views of this matter and I really hope to learn something from it, so it can help me get through this life a little more easier.
I appreciate your views and outlook on this matter.

Hi. I believe in God. I just have thoughts about the whole thing and some questions about it. It is very interesting to hear everyones thoughts and their beliefs. I know I was broguht up to have faith in the lord and I do. I just wander sometimes if anyone can really tell me something I should need to know. I also like to hear from others from their experiences.

i believe that there is life after that,in many of cases it had been proved scientifically.i have seen many such cases in discovery channel where all scientists were puzled

Life after here exists but in the spiritual domain.Depending on what spirituality you ascribe to,if you are christian like me, you will know that those who please God in body while still alive will live forever in spirit. On the other hand, those who disobey God will live in eternal fire, in other words, Hell!

Yes, I believe thereis, to many times there are children that remeber thungs from their past life. It is hard in these cases for children to make up these stories, doctors(phycologist)believe it is a form of mental stress but I disagree.....for a child to remeber that much information is amazing...this is why I enjoy the movie "What dreams May come"

Me either. I hope there is in a way because they say if you die and go to heaven you get to see the ones you lost along the way. That would be nice but Im just wandering if the ones we lost would recognise us or if we would recognise them too.

I believe that some people are here for too short of a time. I also believe that when it is your time to go, you are called back for something more important. Whether it is to continue another life, I don't know. But I think that there has to be. I think that's why we have soul mates. Two people destined to be together for the all time and time again. I would be sad if there was just one life. It would seem kind of pointless to only have one. I would want to continue and do something else, maybe try to change some things that I didn't get to do before. I just think that there is something more out there. In this large universe, there has to be.

i do believe that there is some journey after life. it may not be like how Christians describe it, but i think that this isn't the end of everything. i think that what we have now is just one of the many journeys wherein we have to learn. i mean, do you imagine this dying and just being completely 'nothing' after this journey?

Like you said no is positive but I believe when our time here is through we are judged and then sent on to Heaven (or the Hot place :) ) to be with our loved ones that we've lost.
Some ppl believe that when we die we are just a pile of bug food and that's it. Maybe so...but I like to believe otherwise.
Since no one knows for sure, I'd rather be on the Right side of God and find out that I was right then to be on the Wrong side and find out that I was right and if I'm wrong then it won't matter. :)

I am a born again Messianic Christian. I believe that their is a spirital life after we die in the flesh. If you are saved, you go to heaven with Jesus and the Father. If you are not, your spirit goes to the devil.

I dont believe in this cause i think this life here on planet earth is a mistery and every thing here seems to me as dream and i m not such a blind believer i believe in gods but not in all sense.
