Why are so many conservative talk show hosts so negative about Katie Couric?

I have always liked Katie Couric. Why do people rip on her about being the CBS Evening News anchor? I just don't get it. I don't watch the evening news much, but when I do, I watch Katie, and I find nothing offensive about her. What's the problem?

They all probably feel the need to copy their "leader" Rush Limbaugh who has a problem with "reporterettes", as he calls female journalists. I just consider the source. Annie

Adding "ette" to differentiate a male from a female is a feminist thing isn't it? Rush is just trying to be PC, annie, Don't hate.
