What are the best methods of dealing with bad trips

What are some good techniques you guys use when you are your friend is experiencing a bad trip/come down???
I've heard that warm milk helps for bad acid trips

Gee, I wouldn't know. I and my friends choose not to put crap into our systems. Oh wait I do have one friend who smokes, but she is desparate to quit. So You'll have to look elsewhere for that answer. Hopefully me and mine won't be on the roads when you go looking.
