Judas Iskariot, even if he was an apostle of the Lord Jesus, will go to hell on the last day, because he was disobedient. He knew that he betrayed the Lord and in fact he repented but instead of obeying, he preferred to die. On the last day, all those who obeyed the Lord will go to heaven to live with God forever and those who disobeyed will be thrown into the lake of burning sulfur which is popularly known as hell. In that case, the righteousness of God will be manifested.

In my opinion, he will go to hell bacause first of all he betrayed Jesus and then he killed himself which is a mortal sin. Not everyone who serves God can be saved, we are judged according to what we are doing in our life.

It depends on what gospels you read. The gnostic gospels (which aren't included in the Bible) indicate that Jesus told Judas to give him up so his work could be completed.
