Question from the Bible; about the day the Lord Jesus was crucified...

When the Lord Jesus was crucified on the cross, there was a man beside the Lord who was also crucified... that man asked Jesus if he will go to heaven... Jesus responded "yes...",... the question is: will that man beside Jesus is in heaven right now?
