Well, for me, i dont think USA will be a superpower if there is PEACE... check and take note all history of war... AMERICA is always there, even though USA is not the concerned country at war, they would like still be engage on war! check out history of every country, america is always there and like to manipulate at WAR even though its not their own war!! the question is: Do you agree or not? and why?

I do noticed that. Everytime there's war America is always there, whether to help the people (aid) and all that. They are trying to help but and always be on top of the headlines. Yes, I agree.

OK, first of all, the United States has only been around for about 231 years, so saying we've been doing this for centuries is a bit far fetched. And, we've only been a Super Power since the end of World War II which, like many of the modern wars came about because of World War I, which we not only didn't start, we weren't involved in until the very end.
Just off the top of my head, I can come up with 6 wars going on in the world today. The United States is involved in 2. So, countries fight each other without our influence.
And, there were literally hundreds of wars being fought, including several in the Middle East (the Crusades) before we were in existence.
If we are serving as the police of the world it's because the rest of the world is trying to blow itself up.

America has admitted it is policing the world. The reason is because they feel responsible for the whole world since theirs is the biggest and mightiest country. It may be true that the recognition of their being a superpower sprang from this gesture. But, they have been doing this for some centuries now.
