What do you think of Valentine's Day

It all depends. Every year we decide in advance (usually) which holidays will do it up for and which ones we won't. Of course a lot of the time it's a financial reason. This year will be tough because my grandmother is atively dying of ovarian cancer, so I'm not even thinking about it (or his birthday on 2/4 - UGH!) At least he understand. What he doesn't know is that I do plan on making it up to him at a leter date. That will be the surprise and it will end up meaning more that way if you ask me. I'm just glad that he's a very understanding person!

We celebrate it but don't really need to. I spoil my wife 24/7.

I think it's a highly commercialized holiday. However, just like other highly commercialized holidays such as Christmas, you don't have to spend a lot of money to have a good holiday. I enjoy the holiday and spending it with my girlfriend. I like to do a small something special for her.

I think valentines day is not just another day for me its special for me because it gives me yet another opportunity to express my love for my beloved It gives me an opportunity to spend more time in her arms be loved and cared by her It also gives me an opportunity to express how thankful i am to her for her presence in my life....we dont believe in materialistic gifts as such so its not much about the retailers in my case,rather it is about the love we share and the amount of trust we have and sacrifices which we make for each other It rilly is a special day to me
