If you could be rich and famous, would you?

I have thought about this a lot. Sometimes it seems so great to be rich, have a lot of people like you, and get to do whatever you want. But then I think I am just a quiet, homebody person, I would hate to have cameras in my face and in my business all of the time. I think my marriage might suffer, my kids would hate it, and you would never know who your true friends are. But I would like to have all the money you want to go anywhere in the world and not have to worry about paying the electricity bill. So, no, I don't think I would want to be famous, just maybe a little rich. Would you want to be rich and famous?

I think I feel the same way as you do. Definitely not famous and enough money to live comfortably. I wouldn't want to be too rich though! I hear that can be a problem too! Maybe secretly rich would work best for me.

No I would not care to be rich or famous. the idea of having all that money to take care, of when others were starving ,no I would hate that. As famous no in this lifetime... what do people see in it..like movies stars people go crazy over them they are humans nothing more , yes they have talent be so do you ...not my forte' I like just being me... :)

my husband and i often talk about winning the powerball.. of course we dont belive it will ever happen but occasionally we go out and buy a lottery ticket once or twice a month and for that drawing we will talk about what wed do with our winnings etc.. well we were hoping that if we won we wouldnt have to let any one know ... hence we wouldnt have to wonder about our "true friends" we agreed that sure wed go out and by a nice car not an over the top something we would enver be able to afford before type of car but a nice car.. like i want a landrover and he wants a cobra... etc.. of course we'd build a nice home.. not a mansion we'd just like to have enough bedrooms for each of our kids ( 3) one for ourselves and then a spare/den... nothing too fancy.. we'd have a few acres of land.. etc.. open trust funds for our children for college and there rest of there future. and we'd buy our parents houses and make sure tht they were set... BUT we'd spend more than that on charites... we'd do differnt ones ..we made a list of the charities we wanted to help...e tc.. etc... sooo i would love to be rich, but rich in a sense to help others and not flaunt my wealth.. iw ouldnt want to expose it and rub it into ayones face... id want to be who i am today no matter what i have in my bank account..

Well I would love to be rich then I could quit my job and have everything that I have ever wanted. But the famous part I dont think I would want that much. Because you loose your private life when your famous everywhere you go the paperazzi will be on you and take pics of everything you do. I dont think I would want that to happen to me. I would love to be rich but not famous and thats that lol.
