I agree with Eisenherz. Gato Fedorento were at a "divine" level at Sic Radical, mainly in the "Fonseca" and "Meireles" series. But they are still the best Portuguese comedian group. The "Diz que é uma espécie de magazine" show is relatively poor, compared to the sketch format, but I enjoy it, nevertheless. And they still have amazing moments, like the Carlos Sousa's co-pilot, Paulo Bento mimic and much more, that will be remembered through the years.

And I agree with their decision. They would "block" if they continued with the sketch format all their career. And the "Diz que é uma espécie de magazine" format is quite enjoyable and appeal to wider audiences. My uncle is 64 and he loves the show. I don't think he would enjoy the sketch format as much as he enjoys the present one :)

It´s impossible to please everyone.
Some people enjoy more, other don't enjoy.
In my case i'm a big fan and I enjoy the 2 type of shows.

In "Diz que é uma espécie de magazine" they tried to make something different, is a kind of challenge for they..

I think they already had their days, or at least that they'll never be as good as they where in their golden days at SIC Radical. Back then they could be all original they wanted to, in a very random way. Ever since they've went to RTP they seem to make less entertaining jokes and are far from their normal standards...so I gues I'm no longer a fan.

Dont agree with you
I think they're always better, and the kind of show changed so they can loose some fans but I still like it very much, and they start something that about much time we can see in RTP, FUN!!

I think you are right they couldn't always the same because in that case they could fall very quickly.
I appreciate that they are trying to improve.
And I think that the current show as the time goes by could become a cult serie in portuguese tv.

I am a great fan of Gato Fedorento but i think now they are a litle bit repetitive in the jokes i follow they in the start at Sic Radical at now in RTP and for me they continue very funny but now i know some jokes they will do so for me the best times of Gato Fedorento are in Sic Radical

Now they are talking more about what happens weekly, and could repetitive. But I also like more the sketches shows tanh the current one. But I understand what they are trying to do.
