I am thinking about home schooling and I do not know if it is a good or bad move. Any parents homeschool?

for me it is better that you send your kids to a school in your community. that way he will meet a lot of other kids and learning could be more fun and more diverse. he will not just develop mentally but also emotionally and socially since he gets to encounter a lot of scenarios at school with lots of people involved. home schooling might shrink your kid's world within the four corners of your house and he might end up being introvert and would lack the confidence to face people. so why not give schools a shot to educate your kid. it wouldn't hurt if you give it a try.

I think it is a good idea if you can teach them all need to know , but someimes they need school too so to interact with the other children XX

The kids won't have to worry about peer pressure. They can learn at their own pace. They can be taught by someone very familiar to them instead of a stranger...
The downsides are just things like missing out on a prom, graduation ceremony, or easily meeting other kids in the community. I think homeschooling would be a good choice, though.

I've not experience it so this is only my opinion.
I think the good about it is that the one teaching you will really just focus on you and not to a lot of students. About the bad thing, its really more on the socialization. If you are home schooling, the opportunity to meet other people will go down. The only person that you're going to communicate while doing that is the one teaching you and I don't think that it is healthy.
