I have my investments in shares and also in govt securities. I have tried to balance my investments wherein i get consistent returns. Lately i am studing investing in property.

well i think that the best two laces to invest are the real westa eand the shers. in real estate you have to just make sure that there is nodispute on the land and then you money can double very quickly. aslo share are a good mode of income but then yo have to study the market first and then invest in them so that you dnt end up being bank rupt.

Preferred investment revenues would be insurance sectors,
as well as new emerging mid-cap funds which offer gr8 variety of facet to ur market portfolio as well as life long bonds and
securities which dont pay u handsomely but u get worth of ur money after gr8 period of efforts....

one needs to take care about the managers of the funds. They must have a good track record of managing during downfalls.

If you regular in keeping a track of real estate boom, it is always advisable to invest in properties..esp..vacant lands instead of already constructed houses...what do you say ????

yes i agree vacant land which is likely to attract attention from buyers over the period to come can be a good investment avenue.
