recently Igot a new Internet connection. The same day an error occured & a blue screen appeared with a message"due to hardware changes system has shutdown to prevent damage to your system".I restarted the PC & it didn't work. again a message appeared to insert the OS disc and press R. I did so. but after copying 57% files that blue screen appeared again. I consulted a Computer professional & he suggested a problem with RAM. I changed that too. but the problem persist.

hei
I've got the problem sortout.
With me it was the problem with the mother board.Due to moisture one of the chip on the board got burnt. So I have to replace my Mother Board.
Now its working fine.
But as u have mentioned it is a Problem with the RAM(Memory). So try to change the RAM & check whether the same problem Persists or not.
