i really don't see the difference anymore i walk into a bathroom and theres a guy looking at me , i don't need anyone looking at me while i'm using the washroom if that where the case i would invite my woman to come with me . but it seems its alright for a gay person to be in the male bathroom that i use but he likes men so wants the difference if i use a bathroom that a woman uses . is there a difference ?

Mainly for privacy issues is why we have seperate bathrooms . I don't believe it has so much to do with who you like but what you do when you go to the bathroom . If a woman was to get a pad or a tampon our of one of the machines this would make some men very uncomfortable .

I wouldn't oppose unisex restrooms, but I imagine that we'll never see this happen in our lifetimes! Can you even imagine the fights back and forth about this one?
It's a good discussion, though, especially the thought of a heterosexual male in the same restroom as a gay male... that is technically no different from a heterosexual male in the restroom with a heterosexual female.
Unisex restrooms would be OK as long as everyone used a locked stall. The men would no longer be able to line up at the urinals along the wall... I personally don't care who is in the stall next to me, or who is at the sink washing their hands or combing their hair. As long as there is privacy when you are doing what you need to do...
