There are two things: One, is your own safety and the other is seeing justice done.
My safety fear is , IF I testify and someone does die because of my testifying on them, will the others,. if any involved come after me? I,ve heard stories like that before.
#2. If I KNEW what they did was utterly dreadful, then yes, I would take the risk and testify. He DOES have to pay for what he did.I believe that whatever people do, they should get in return whatever justice, or praise needed to them.

Thanks for answering. I didn't even think of the safety fear for this question. I know I would have if I had really gone to testify at any court case.
