That's really nice capacity you got :D (i think i should say "Congratulation!")
About my hard disk space , I got about 80GB + 40GB = 120 GB
but i am thinking to change my 40 GB HD and getting bigger one :)
i am start downloading many stuff and the on the first HD and i got 6 GB free from 80 GB , and on the other one i have about 12 GB free so that's why i am going to buy one
By the way could you tell me how much you spend on you new HD? i am thinking to buy one in the next 3 days (i hear some strange voice form my hard disk and thats not a good thing)
and Have a nice day :D

Thank u pal.
So out of 120 GB u only hv 18 GB of free space.
Upgrade ur hard drive before the space runs out.

yeah thts true ...60 GB is not enough at this time. As most pll want to have a lot of multimedia files which apparently eats away their space.

My hard drive is in a laptop so its not huge. I was going to get a 30gb, but In an upgrade I ended up getting an 80gb and I am very glad I did. I think 80gb is pretty much the only way to go for people with lots of music and computer stuff.

I guess 410 Gb will be enough..unless u r buying DVD and making dumps of the content in ur hard drive.

Hello. I have a 40GB hard disk on my computer. I bought a 200GB hard disk last year. I made it an external using the casing and usb cords. Its really compact and also helpful. I store alot of stuff, music and movies on it. Its really good. Its almost getting full. So am planning to get a 300GB HDD soon. External is really cool.

Excuse me... pls. It is a well known fact that Japanese and Chinese because of their language inflection have a hard time with the sound of "s_s"
So Japanese asked the Chinese: What is a big DI*CK?
Answer - Satellite DI*CK
Chinese not to be outdone asked: What is a hightech DI*CK
Answer - Digital DI*CK
Chinese followup question - What is an impotent DI*CK?
Floppy DI*CK
Jokes apart I run two 240 five and a quarters with a 40 and 20 two and half drives and we run two laptops and two desktops across our home network.
Cheers.

i have a 250gb storage drive and a 120gb main drive on my computer and my misses computer has 2X 80gb hard drives, all drives are sata and not ide and 7200rpm and i have 1 maxtor in mine and one western digital and the other computer has 2 maxtor hard drives its nice to have 2 drives in a computer i have done so for many years one stores anything you want to keep or anything that gets downloadedthe other solely for operating system and installing programs so if operating system crashes you havent lost your stuff its safely stored.

I have 2 hard disks in my computer one is 250GB and the other is 120G but because I do a lot of photography, and video editing I have just had to buy an external hard drive. I bought a 500GB Western digital My Book recently and it's perfect for backing up files, you don't need to leave it turned on all of the time either. It just hooks up to the PC via a firewire or USB 2 lead. I find it reasonably fast too. I think hard disk size is important as more and more programmes take up more room. I got Microsoft Flight Simulator X a few months ago and it now comes on 2 full DVDs so needs plenty of space!
