Anyone reading books by Erich Fromm?

I have read a couple books on psychoanalysis by Erich Fromm. It is interesting the things that happen in our childhood affect the way we are today. What are your thoughts on psychoanalysis and should we spend the time trying to analyze ourselves?

Glad to see people read Eric Fromm. I read his books too. Yes,it is a good practice to take time and look at ourselves and ask am I what I think I am? What made me what I am today?What are the factors that shaped my personality and outlook in life.
Analysis and reflection are always healthy exercises. Keep it up.
