Having "personaliy conflicts" with co workers?

Are you working with someone you absolutely don't get along with? You have complained to the boss that you don't get along with this person. The response from your boss is that they are not going to move you. So what do you do? Continue to try to work it out or leave the company? I would be interested in hearing your stories and thoughts.
