What are the stars for?

I was wondering what the stars that we get here in mylot.com are for. Are these ratings of the forums that we posted? I got 5 stars on my head, so what does this mean? can anyone enlighten me with this thing? thank you.

YOu should have got a message from mylot..do you see anywhere an ALERT IN RED on the top left hand corner of your page? all it is..Is that they are ratings on how well your work is..like the qulaity,.like 10;s put in long hard answers and very thought out..and the lower the number the lower the qulaity of work..but i dont knwo if it hasd anyhting to do with how we are paid..when i know ill let you know) have a great night!
