Places I have traveled

Hi everybody,
I would like to introduce myself to you as a new member of MyLot. My name is swimmer7.
I started to travel when I was fairly young. Family trips mostly. All of my traveling has been domestic, here in the US. Of course I hope to begin traveling internationally. I'd like to go to the UK first. How many of you prefer to travel within the US or their own country compared to traveling abroad? And how is your internet business affected when you are away from home? Barring a laptop, how do you all manage to stay on top of things? Thank you.

Welcome to MyLot Swimmer7. We travel mainly near our home state. One day we will travel to Holland to visit friends and my husband's family. We do not have an internet business. If we did we could always use the compters of our friends to check on things.

Some good questions here that I would be interested in as well.
I havent had a vacation in over 7 years. We are finally going to start taking family vacations real soon. We will travle in the US untill the kids move out, then we might look into other places.
I'd really like to take some cruises as well. I think we would all enjoy that.
Other than a laptop, I really wouldnt be able to keep up with the business end of things. I'd for sure have to have a laptop and internet access.
