best way to break up?

i hate to say this, but any break up causes hurt feelings. but the only thing to do is talk to her in person and be honest....lying makes things worse in the long run. dont be heartless and leave an email or sms though...have the nerve to talk to her in person about it all. as much as she will be upset and hurt, it is better in the long run and she will eventually be able to move on.
