is it hard to say sorry?

we oftern hurt other people wether we know it or not..but we seldom say sorry.. is it really hard to say sorry? can you share your experiences regarding this matter? you can also share ideas on how to make it easier for us to say sorry

well, I'm the person who always say sorry whenever i feel i needed to. i do not want to sleep knowing i hurt someone.

They say it takes guts to say sorry to someone, especially if there is pride on the way. In my case, I say sorry almost immediately after I realize that I did something wrong to someone. I really don't want to gain people who hate me because I can't a rather simple word, "Sorry."
