Where'd she grow up?? Her videos show deep culture but I have no idea where shes from.

She was born in NC but was raised in Rockville, MD. She is about half NC Cherokee, and half european, can't remember what kind.

Wow thats strange, I expected her to be from across seas our in South America somewhere. Now im dissapointed that shes an American. Her videos showed so much culture and it seemed so interesting... kind of ruined it for me.

Sorry! Don't let it ruin it for you, she is still an amazing person. She is fascinated with history and mythology, she draws on it and it shows. She is a constant inspiration.

im an avid fan of tori amos.i loved and liked her work.she is my inspiration.her songs are deep emotional.her voice makes me relax.
im sorry but i don't know she originally came from.what i know is she sang 1000 oceans,cornflake girl...ske's great!
