But isnt this the perfect match? Quitting cigs is one of the hardest habit to kick, i am still battling quitting (new yrs resolution ofcourse did not work) especially when drinking at bars, parties, with people around smoking as well, and the hardest is when im sitting here at my PC doing things like this :)I went to my Doctor and asked for help and he gave me Xanax? why? it just knocked me out everytime and i still wake up later and light one. Any suggestions?

Well honestly i hate spending on something that i know damaging my health. The parties and hanging out is hard to avoid but i just have to be strong and have the will to just not smoke. I just need to be reminded all the time like people like you :)

Thanks, I know how you feel I started smoking at age 14 and didnt quitt untill I was 21. My parents bought them for me. It was very hard to quitt when I was pregnant with my first child. I smoked right after I gave birth(I was 20). It was afull. I have now been smoke free for 4 1/2 years. Im so glad I finally quitt for good and now I cant stand the smellof them. goodluck to you:)

Smoking is really a addiction and not easy to quit all of sudden. But good thing is there are many rehabilition center for helping to get rid of these habits. Try them and make a great change in your life.
