Who do I contact about mold in my home?

I have been seriously cleaning my house, and I am finding mold everywhere. I admit that I dont spot clean my house often, but this is crazy. Its in every room. I am wondering who I can contact about getting rid of it for good. I am bleaching everything already, but I have done this before. I live in an old house, and dont know of any water leaks. Does the local health dept have anything to do with getting help? I have contacted my insurance, and they wont do anything about it. My kids and husband have all been really sick this winter. Could this be part of the cause? Can you help? If you have a link I can look at I will. I have been trying to find something out and am getting nowhere fast. Thanks in advance for the help.
