Grilled Steaks.. Well Done or Medium Done?

What kind of cooking do you want for your steak? my hubby and I loves eating steaks and we both like our steaks well done. We like the t- bone and rib eye steaks, with matching mashed potatoes and buttered brocolli. My hubby likes the grilled steak topped with a lot of honey mustard gravy.. so how about you?

My husband and I like our steaks to be medium well. And we love them covered with onions, mushrooms and black olives. With mash potatoes on the side also. The kind of steak really doesn't matter though since we will eat any kind. But if I had to pick our absoulte favorite, it would be sirloin.
