should drivers be allowed to do anything else besides driving? / myLot

for example, i see a lot people like to talk on cellphones, put on makeup, drinking, read newspapers while driving. do you think should or shouldn't. why?

i think when u drive u must to concetrate at what are u doing with the car because if u do something else u can hit something or worse someone.so i think that when the cops see someone do something else in their cars they(the cops)should give a ticket.

I see where talking on a cell phone can cause a wreck and reading a news paper there is no way. Now drinking a soda I have done but normally at a red light.

i read a newspaper, a few accident happend because drivers talked on their phones while they were driving.
