orange - lozenge, challenge, scavenge
silver - delver, denver, waiver
how about these? i know that they are nor perfect rhymes but close enough

You make make up a word to rhyme with them like borange or morange and dilver and pilver. But, no real words rhyme with those two words. So, if you are trying to teach rhyming to your children don't use those two words.

You can still try teaching those words. Try being like DR. Seuss. You can rhyme silver with bilver, dilver, filver, gilver, hilver, jilver, kilver, lilver, milver, nilver, pilver, quilver, rilver, tilver, vilver, wilver, xilver, yilver, zilver. See, i made up 19 words! Your turn with orange..
Teaching this to children will help boost their creativity. It will also be a fun activity for them. :)
