Honestly i don't know much about it.
I just don't want to be dependent in medicine whenever i felt stomach ache or headache.
It depends if it is still tolerable i'l make sure not to take any medicine.

I honestly dont think that we need medications for most of our medical problems. I think a lot of cures to illnesses is all natural. I think more effort should be put into this solution instead of the pharmaceutical route. It would make things a lot more inexpensive.

Taking too much medicines will weaken your lungs. And if you take too much antibiotics, your body will soon develop a way to be immuned from that antibiotic and when you get sick again and take the same pills, it won't work anymore. I usually don't take too much medicines unless I really have too. Like for simple colds, I don't take cold medicines but just lots of fruit juices and water. It's healthier and it does work.

well its not bad if you take medicines if you are sick or suffering from some major physical problem.
but many people take medicines unnecessary like for sleeping , head ache etc.
its wrong if you take medicines for such things cause by this a physycology develops in your mind and you use to take such medicines specially sleeping piles almost daily.these are really bad for your immunity system too.
