I personally know someone in this situation, they just had a kid together. Although I don't agree with it, they are very happy together so don't limit relationships to age.

I dont have any kids yet,but based on my opinion, i will not allow my daughter to date a 40 year old man. She need my guidance i don't want her to fall in a wrong man.
Age does really matter for me..
I will tell my daughter in the future the consequence if she wants to date much older than her.

Me neither. I wouldn't want my future daughter to date a 40 year old. I find it OK for women to date men that are at most 10 years older.. But a 19-year old and a 40-year old? No can do. =) It's just not acceptable for me.
