Is this a bug or not?

I got this annoying instances, some post that I've made over some topics are not being posted (yeap, I used to check my post counts prior posting), I've tried to rewrite my views on that particular thread yet same thing is happening, it is frustrating when you wrote 2 or 3 long paragraphs and upon clicking the submission, it will gone :( Anyone can explain what exactly is happening or confirm it as a bug? thanks in advance. -cruzades
