Bush is the most idiotic. He can't even give a public speech without looking like an idiot. Even his own staff admit that he's a horrible public speaker. At least Blair has some eloquence.

As bad as each other really. If I had to choose I'd say Bush is probably the worst (certainly the most dangerous) because he is more powerful, but they are both hideous.

Bush as he is the one pulling Blairs strings, or maybe Blair because he's allowing Bush to pull his strings.

blair is worse coz he meekly surrenders to the decisions of bush. it seems like he has no say in anything, he is just there to support bush a.k.a america in whatever decisions it takes
