Real Madrid with so many great players haven't won a title in 3 years. What do you think is the problem?

the problem with real is the same that chelsea is facing now ,full of international stars but not of team players , having big stars doesnt make a team , ateam is made of player who can gel with each other and know each others style of play and contribute to each others success , the problem in real is big stars having big egos, if a player is dropped to bench he gets upset and starts to find a new club taking droping from the starting line up as an insult but at the same time not understanding the tactics of the game ,this leads to the rift between the players and the management, i think that why real is not able to win any titles all this year

yeah i sorta agree tat one of the problems is the number of superstars. But they've started going. Figo left, den zidane retired, Now beckham is on his way out. Mayb it is a good thing. But wat the manager really needs 2 do is 2 get some stability in d team. Every match there is a diff lineup 4 watever reasons. Tis affects the game cuz no1 is really used 2 each other.

U seem to be a great Real fan. Tell u what, the team is at tatters at the moment. they r defensively ok, but in attack they are pathetic, they just cant play with gago and helquin and diarra. robinho and reyes look poor as well. capello will have to go.
