Taking bed coffee is against the norms for gud health ?

I have heard that we are ot supposed to drink / eat anything without brushing the teeth in the morning ! But "bed coffee" is being taken very early in the morning before brushing ..gud or bad ?

I think anything taken in morning before brushing your teeth is bad for health

Yeah right..but it looks as if its a common practise to have bed coffee ..right ? anyway thanks a lot !!
