What do you think about which is important when applying for a Job?
Considering you are a hiring manager, which would you consider more? The Educational Background or the Work Experience of the Applicant?

If I am the hiring manager, I would those who has lots of good working experience rather than merely looking at the educational background. It is better to train those who are used to work rather than beginners. I am not yet done with my college degree but I am now employed to one of the best companies in my country. I aske reason why did they hire me and the HR told me that my working experience gave me an edge from other applicants.
