hi friends help me abt digicam

Try looking at the Nikon coolpix models, they have good quality and all what you want especially video at 30 fbs which is not available in most digicams .. you can connect them to your TV to see video and photos but it won't work as a web cam .. actually very few digicams can work also as web cams, you better also buy a separate cheap web cam and not buy a very expensive digicam just because it has this feature..
