what is the most important that is required to a happy family

For having a happy family, a new couple first of all need to have a baby! =D. After that understanding and love both of them plays a big role to make a family happy and powerful, as we hear about the devorces and breaking off the family is all because of not mutal understanding and love between them.

I think love is the most important thing within the family. If love is present, each of them will be able to understand and respect ech other.
