Winning millions fo dollar..what should you do first in life?

if you one of the multi winning millionaire of some sort of lotto what should you do first...maybe buy house or visit to other country..???

I will buy a house and lot, and a car since it is an investment. Travelling is fun and a nice experienced but you can enjoy it for one time only.
