How do i deal with her?

For a month already, i'm getting pissed off from our accountant. She always gets so nosy about stuff and she even manages to go thru my stuff when i am not in the office. Lately, she starts to bad mouth me to out boss. Darn, I hate her. The only reason i couldnt talk straight to her is because professionally i respect her for being a senior to me. SHe's in later 50's and i'm only 27... Help me..
